1. Sleeve

Bend arm slightly. Measure from center back neck bone, across to shoulder down to wrist.

2. Chest

Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.

3. Length

From the highest point of the shoulder, run the measuring tape down to the bottom of the torso.

4. Shoulder

Measure from the end of one shoulder to the end of the other shoulder.
